Did you know that there is ivy honey in the national park of S. Rossore where during the winter months it grows above all in the Campaldo area.
The taste is very sweet because it has 70% of glucose with arboreal notes and it is compact and white. I offer it with pecorino cheese for breakfast with fresh pecorino cheese.
