Itinerary by bike or by car or if you are so hard by bicycle it will be 50 km and it is one day trip.
You leave from B&B Sunrise in Massarosa Quiesa and take direction Chiatri Puccini through Via sarzanese 439 climbing the Monte Quiesa.
In Chiatri Puccini you can visite the first house bought by Giacomo Puccini. After following Farneta Village where you can find The Certosa. Only the men can visit it.
Take direction San Martino in Freddana. It is a typical tuscan village among the green where take a breath of oxygen.
Take direction to Gombitelli where you can have lunch at cerù restuarant very typical and to buy typical salami. You can follow Montemagno little and old Village dated 1099 where you can find the ruins of a ancient castle which controlled the via Francigena and the Piana of Lucca. I raccomend to go in Gualdo far away only 4 km.
Gualdo is named the village of the fairytale. it is so nice and beautiful where have a lunch at la Piazzetta restaurant. Take direction for Pieve a Elici where you can visite the Pieve di San Pantaleo romanic church from which you enjoy a panoramic view of Versilia coast.
